Of course, this is a bad idea but the federal government does not seem to be deterred by ad ideas, proven failures or even the law of the land. In private enterprise, when something fails, you stop doing it. In government, when something fails, you make it more complicated and spend expotentially more money on it. If you haven't noticed, there is a regulation in place or being prosposed for every aspect of not only the way you conduct your business, but also the way you live your life. Most of these regulations are put forth by a "department of whatever", an executive directive or at the whim of a "czar". I urge anyone reading this to wake up, reach out to wake up you associates, employees, friends, family and anyone else still asleep and start fighting back. No mention of that title guy :( Just imagine searching Jim Smith in a national database. Real property is inherently a local issue.
